Molecules can be viewed in a variety of ways. These are controlled by the items in the Draw Menu. None of the items affects the coordinates of the molecule; each molecule is saved with it╒s own set of drawing options. The size of the molecule is controlled by the coordinate system in which it is drawn. The size of the radii are scaled by a factor defined by the Scale Atom Radius menu item. The shading of the atoms is controlled by the Settings dialog box. Also controlled by the Settings dialog box are the way bonds are drawn and exactly what is drawn, be it just atoms, just bonds, or both.
